Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ChipTalent.io (the “Service”). By browsing the job board or posting a job, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the job board

The Service is a job board for AI hardware, chip design and systems engineering roles. You may browse and search listings for personal, non-commercial job-seeking purposes. You agree not to scrape, copy or redistribute listings in bulk, interfere with the operation of the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Employer posting guidelines

Employers who purchase a listing agree that each posting:

• Describes a real, currently open position that the employer (or its authorized agent) is hiring for;
• Is accurate and not misleading as to title, location, compensation and responsibilities;
• Complies with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination and pay-transparency laws, and does not express any preference or limitation based on a legally protected characteristic;
• Links to the employer’s official careers page or applicant tracking system;
• Does not request payment from candidates or contain spam, malware or unrelated promotions.

We may edit, decline or remove any listing that violates these guidelines. Listings removed for violations are not eligible for a refund.

3. Fees and payment

Standard listings cost $299 per month and Featured listings cost $499 per month, billed monthly per active job post and processed securely by Stripe. Listings are published once the first payment is confirmed and remain live while the plan is active; cancelling or a failed renewal removes the listing. Except where required by law or stated otherwise above, fees for a billing period already charged are non-refundable.

4. Direct application links disclaimer

ChipTalent.io does not process job applications. “Apply” buttons open the employer’s own website or applicant tracking system in a new browser tab. We are not a party to any application, interview, offer or employment relationship, and we do not control or guarantee the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites. Listing information is provided by employers or compiled from employers’ public postings; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or that a role remains open.

5. Intellectual property

The ChipTalent.io name, logo and site design are our property. Employers retain ownership of their listing content and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service during the listing period.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any listing will receive a particular number of applicants.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChipTalent.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or any third-party website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payment.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
